Your name goes on every case you scan. On the shared login it is recorded as your word for it — get your own login below and it becomes proof.
Signs this phone out on the server, so the next person to pick it up starts clean.
Both of those do the same thing: they give you a username and password that are yours alone. You need today's site password to use them.
Everybody signs in with their own name and password now — there is no shared password any more. If you have forgotten yours, or you have never been given one, message whoever is running the count and they will sort you out.
Operations directors can reset their own password by email:
If you are a director locked out of your own account: password reset by email is not switched on for this server yet, so nothing here can send you a link — ask another director to reset your password from the admin page, and if no other director can get in, call the owner.

Write it down or put it in your phone now. Nobody can look this up later — not a supervisor, not the office, not the person who built it. It is not stored anywhere. If you lose it, come back here and get a new one.
